I. face claim. brookelle bones, female.
II. body type. kiara is slim, but she’s not weak at all. she has a lot of upper body strength, but no muscles. she’s quite flexible, and has a body built for speed. she’s quite small for her age, too.
III. height & weight. kiara is 5’1” in height and 6.7 in weight, meaning she’s slightly underweight, but not much, and she’s quite small for her age.
IV. eyes. kiara’s eyes are quite strange. they’re very round, a dark shade of green with the effect of an explosion insane, though sometimes her eyes change colour to bright blue. it’s usually green, though. a sudden change of emotion can make her eyes change.
V. hair. kiara’s hair is midnight black and at medium length. her hair is in the scene style, left down a lot of the time but sometimes tied up. it’s also really poofy, as you can see in the picture.
VI. other features. kiara only has her ears pierced. she has no tattoos but likes to draw on her arms with thick black markers a lot.
VII. dress style. like her personality, her style is a little bit different, too, since she wants to be individual, her own person, she likes to wear the opposite to everyone else most of the time. of course, sometime along the line she will wear something new, but she will change the way you’re supposed to wear it to make it her own. she likes to wear denim shorts, ripped tights (mostly) and darker colours such as black, grey, and white. every now and then she'll wear lighter colours, but since she knows it makes her look like someone she isn’t, it’s not often. her style mostly changes depending on her mood. she loves jewellery, mostly necklaces, bracelets and earrings. usually they’ll be silver chain, because she hates gold jewellery, since she believes gold is for older people.

IV. weaknesses. coping with loss, ignoring people’s comments about her, keeping her thoughts to herself, can’t stop herself from telling others what she sees when she looks in their eyes, falls for the wrong people, keeping her temper, always turns to violence.
V. quirks/habits. kiara clicks her fingers in awkward situations, cracks her knuckles when she's bored and bites her lip when she's in deep concentration.
VI. secrets. kiara has only two major secrets. of course, she has more than two, but the rest are only minor. one of her major secrets is that she lost her parents in a car accident when she was ten. she doesn't like to tell people about it because it kills her inside to think about them. her other major secret is about the visions she sees when she looks into people's eyes (see below for more details).
VII. other. when kiara looks into people's eyes, she sees things about that person, even if they are well guarded with their lives. when she sees those visions, they'll never tell her exactly what the other person is thinking, or what happened in their past. it'll just be some sort of image, or sound, or clip. sometimes the things she'll she in people will change. she still doesn't quite understand what the visions are about, even though it's gone on for a long time.
VIII. overall personality. kiara is quite a secretive girl. she won’t tell anyone, even her close friends, things about herself. In a way, it sort of makes her a little bit anti-social. she won’t tell anyone about her history, her thoughts and feelings, or her family. it’s hard to get to know her, and because she locks herself away too much, people get annoyed with her and begin to dislike her. she’s misunderstood in a lot of ways, she hides behind a mask. she’ll put on a show and pretend she’s happy so people won’t ask questions. she hates questions. if a personal one is asked, she will swiftly change the subject so she won’t have to talk about it. she’s depressed and pessimistic, and needs people to help her get through the tough times she’s facing, though she’ll never admit it, since she hates asking for help. sometimes she thinks she’s going insane, like she’s losing her mind. she can be a bit dangerous, especially if you mess with her feelings. she has a tough exterior, but inside, she’s extremely delicate. her temper is short, and she can get violent with the people who upset her. she’s creative and observant, and sees life in many different ways. sometimes, the things she says can knock people off balance (mentally), because it’s so straight out and basically weird. with friends, she’s a nice person, and she will trust them not to let her down. she can’t cope with losing anyone else now, so she’s careful about getting too attached to someone. at first sight, kiara can be weird, different, but once you get to know her, you see she’s so much more than that. she just needs to be loved.

VI. history. kiara was born a second child to carl and amanda foxglove in dewsbury hospital on the 16th of november in 1996. for the first ten years of her life she grew up in a small house in dewsbury with her parents and her older brother (by two years), phoenix. at the age of seven, she was getting piano and singing lessons, paid for by her parents. kiara loved music, even as a child. it was always being played around the house. those first years of her life went really well, she was a happy child who was fascinated by everything new she learnt.

soon after her tenth birthday, kiara and her family were driving home from a short break away in somerset. it was night, and they were all having a laugh as they drove home, it seemed perfect, until out of nowhere, a drunk driver spun around the corner and smashed into their car, sending them spinning out of control, and down a banking where they landed upside down and broken. kiara was knocked unconscious, and the drunk driver drove away with only a large dint on the front of his car. that night completely turned kiara’s life around.

when kiara woke up, it was daylight, she was confused, not knowing where she was at all. she exited the car through the broken window, with various cuts and bruises on her body, but no major damage. she looked back inside to see her brother missing, and both her parents dead in the front of the car. so she ran away, to the nearest town where an elderly woman took her in. kiara was quickly slipping into depression.

the woman was named ethal. she lived in a caravan just outside the town. it was quiet around there. ethal made sure kiara went to school, she fed her and gave her clothes, and looked after her the best she could, even though she was old. kiara shared a lot with ethal. she doesn’t usually talk about her history to anyone, but ethal was like her family now, the only person she could ever trust. ethal told kiara a lot about herself too, how she’d lost contact with her daughter after an argument they had. kiara learnt a lot from ethal.

two years later, ethal was diagnosed with cancer. she didn’t have long left to live, so she got kiara in at curator academy. kiara didn’t want to leave straight away, so they let her stay with ethal until she passed away, which was a couple of months later. she was cremated, and kiara threw her ashes over the nearby cliffs, where ethal spend a lot of her time. kiara had lost everything she owned, and felt dead inside. she lost faith in everything. after saying a last goodbye to her second home, she packed her bags and was sent off to start over in tournesolie.
